Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire deep product knowledge on Data Center Solutions
  • Promote list of Unique Selling Point (USP) for Data Center Solutions product
  • Understand the profile and buying needs of Customers and expand Legrand’s support and businesses
  • Prospect new customers, conducting cold-calls and sales visits pipelines
  • Promote Data Center Product line through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through events and networking sessions
  • Prepare Sales Forecasts Plans (Target vs Actual), etc. to the Country Manager, Thailand, ensuring sales targets are met
  • Responsible for preparing concept proposals, specifications, quotations and generating sales turnover according to targets
  • Be a trusted partner and support Customers by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including basic technical support
  • Develop a clear understanding of Data Center Product line and provide training (internal and external) when required
  • Work closely with the Design, Production and Logistics Team, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide weekly sales updates via Salesforce.com to the Country Manager, Thailand
  • Provide weekly sales visit reports to the Country Manager, Thailand
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments as provided by Finance
  • Provide any general reports / support as and when required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven track record in Data Center Sales and IT Projects
  • Strong customer-focus, an advocate of excellent customer service
  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals
  • Independent as well as team player
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), internally and externally
