Job Description

Client business: Global B2B SaaS (Software as a service) product company

Location: Work from home*

Work Hours:  Mon – Fri (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

Commission: Provided

Bonus: variable bonus at least 1 month

Job descriptions:

  • Directly sales software to enterprises (Brand Principals, Distributors, 3PLs, Warehousing Companies,
  • E-distributors, Retailers) to build strong B2B SaaS business in Thailand.
  • Manage entire sales cycle (as individual contributor) steps; cold call, LinkedIn emails, personal networking.
  • Research on customers' current business and operational processes to propose the right fit of SaaS products to understand the customer's pain points, map to solutioning.
  • Be responsible for Product introduction, SaaS platform demonstration, explanation of technical and functional capabilities.
  • Perform follow-up call, sales updates sharing, proposal, pricing negotiation, contract signing, on-boarding and account handover to global account management teams.
  • Structured and organized to manage and update the CRM tool for effective Sales Pipeline management.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team, PR team and top management to swiftly pickup lead/enquires / suspects to be put in sales processes.
  • Keep track of competition, pricing and promotions being offered by the competition in the market.
  • Cooperate with partners (referrers, consultants, government agencies) to extend reach & drive adoption.


  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B IT and SaaS sales
  • Some background dealing with E-commerce Sellers, Brands and Retailer in Thailand
  • Ability to generate qualified leads and excellent cold calling skills to engage accounts
  • Familiarity working with global team in different geographies, cultures and time zones to solve customer problems and escalate
  • Background selling E-commerce software products
  • Strong connection and network with E-commerce Sellers, Brands and Retailer in Thailand
