<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct business development and marketing research for residential development
- Conduct overall market research related to real estate development business
- Develop feasibility study of real estate development of condominiums and PL projection
- Reporting and documentations related sales and transfer progress between Thailand and Japan
- Collaborate with JV partner and related team
- Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-32 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Finance, Real Estate is preferable)
- Good command in English (Business level up)
- Having experience as Financial analyst, Investment analyst, Market researcher in real estate, developer, investment bank or bank at least 3 years
