Business Development and Strategy Manager, Fertilizer and Plant Protection Business Chia Tai Group

Responsibilities

•          Support strategic initiatives and special projects e.g., business development, strategic partnership evaluation, process optimization
•          Identify key business trends, risk and opportunities, analyze competitive environment, and deliver insights
•          Perform a variety of business functions, including but not limited to marketing research, feasibility assessment, financial modeling, competitor analyses and project management
•          Review P&L and monitor financial performance of the Company to ensure results are in line with projections
•          Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
•          Develop well-structured presentations and clearly communicate analyses and recommendations to senior management.
•          Master degree in business, economic or MBA  from leading university
•          10 years applicable experience in consulting, strategy, finance or project management
•          Self-motivated and results oriented
•          Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
•          Excellent problem solving and analytical skill
•          Excellent project management, communications, and presentation skills

Qualifications

•          Master degree in business, economic or MBA  from leading university
•          5-10 years applicable experience in consulting, strategy, finance or project management
