Job Description

Business Development (Executive and Team leader)

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years Sales experience in Automotive industry or any fields.
  • Experiences in hunting dealer or business partner
  • Cold calling, pitching new business and client visitation
  • Fight for goal achievable and "Can do" Attitude
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization (UCD)
  • Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, schedule visitations.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with dealers.


Account Management (Executive and Team Leader)


Qualification

  • 3-5 years Sales and Operational experiences in Proven experience as key account executive
  • After Sales Service in automotive industry or any fields
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Experienced in Operational role
  • Customer building deep relationships focused
  • Provided solutions based on customer insight

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with dealers.
  • Identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in crosselling & upselling that also will be long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales and participation reports of progress to HOD/TL
  • Payment Collection schedules.
  • Manage dealer expectation in discount negotiation.
