Role: Financial Planning & Analysis (Business Controller)
Responsibilities:
- He/ She will be responsible for preparation of financial report and business performance reports
- To conduct in-depth financial analysis to explain variations from budget/target as requirements
- Assist with annual budget and periodic rolling forecast processes on time
- Presenting and submit of related financial data as the requirement to Headquarter (budgeting and forecasting the financial and business figures, operational KPIs, etc.) by timely and accurately
- Perform of financial model support and creation as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a financial environment, including exposure to financial planning and financial analysis tasks or any related functions (candidates who is coming from financial experience with Banking, Leasing, Financial business are preferable)
- Advance competent in IT systems, particularly MS Excel (MS Excel VBA is a plus) and familiar with SAP operation system is an advantage
- High standards of accuracy and precision with good analytical thinking and decision making skills
- Good command of English and strong interpersonal communication skill
