• Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirements
• Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
• Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports.
• Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
• Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing.
• Self-Development, Communication, Interpersonal and Problem solving Skills.
• Adaptability to different environments and quick learning capabilities.
• Team Work, Flexible, Punctual and Interest to Learn New Things.
• Provides follow-up with user after project deliverable has been completed to ensure user satisfaction.
• Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies for assurance system through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities
• Working on multiple projects at one time; communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of related experience in Business analysis, Consulting on Life Assurance system and Accounting system.
• Experience in life assurance system.
• Strong logical skill and analytical skill.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
