JOB DESCRIPTION

• Significant interest in the rice industry
• Working closely with customers to understand their requirements
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
• Analyst customer’s journey on our product
• Collecting customer feedback accordingly to the development team.
• Identify problems and opportunities of the company’s products and also, provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
• Responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments.
• Summarizing customer needs by using a data-driven approach.
• Design and brainstorm with multiple departments to carry out efficient ways to gather qualitative and quantitative information and also utilize a data-driven approach to summarize and provide constructive recommendations for Easy Rice company.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Have a strong data-driven including statistics and marketing
• Proactivity and Problem-solving skills are mandatory
• Have a strong work ethic and Have a positive attitude
• Ability to react to changing requirements
• Having a Car and Driving License - Desirable
• Experience of working with Business Analyst department – Desirable

Working hours: Monday - Friday 10.00 A.M - 18.00 P.M.
Salary: Starting 30,000 - 35,000 THB - negotiable
