Responsibilities:
- Take care of new coming Brand
- Starting from managing the entire new product development process from market analysis, consumer behavior research, product concept, product test, packaging design, and pricing strategies
- Plan, develop, and implement Branding, communications, and strategy
- Support business vision through driving strong brand preference via brand building activities and new product development
- Manage new brand and product development, ensuring timely launch
- Plan, coordinate and implement media for campaigns
- Ensure all brand strategies are underpinned by strong and in-depth consumer understanding
- Work with Strategic Marketing and Sales teams on the implementation of new product development and marketing activities
- Monitor brand performance against the target
- Build branding on any channels
- Managing marketing spending based on budget given
- Develop and implementation of the marketing plan and work closely with Strategic Marketing and Sales Team to execute the plan
- Understand the different elements of the marketing mix and their roles in connecting with consumers & driving growth: advertising, communication/media planning, brand identity, consumer activation and promotion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management especially Cosmetic and Health care industry
- Strong analytical skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives
- Luxury product admire
- Ability of research and market data analysis (retail business, market trend and competitors)
- Background of financial knowledge (Cost of Goods, Sale Forecast, etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in online business
- Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and resourceful with initiative and proactive working style
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Good attitude and personality
Date & Time: Working Day & Time from Monday - Friday 8.30 hrs. - 17.30 hrs.
