Responsibilities:
- Assist Department Head to set up and review work flow process of opening account for corporate customers.
- Support overall branch operations process documentation for corporate customer account opening.
- Manage and control whole process of KYC/CDD for corporate customers to ensure that customer verification will be revealed efficiency.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to enhance customer identification and evaluation from those of heightened risk.
- Review customer’s identification and relevant documents in order to keep update the information database for KYC/ CDD.
- Screen customers and relevant name against the Sanction and PEPs Lists, in order to comply with the AML regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
- At least 3 years working closely in Branch Operations or related functions.
- Experience in opening account for Corporate Customers is an advantage.
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to work well under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is preferable.
