Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury retail company. Our client is seeking an executive with at least 3 years’ experience in sales, business development or operation in store for the job of Boutique Supervisor. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Summary
The Boutique Supervisor plays an important role in inspiring and managing the boutique team to achieve the mission of the brand, and is the secondary driver of effective day-to-day operations in the boutique to reach service destination as planned.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages and inspires Sales team by being a role model, taking a close interest in his/her direct reports’ well-being, and actively participating in their professional development.
- Maintain the customer service standard as per Company’s requirements
- Manage and inspire the Boutique team
- Acts differently as mentor, coach, counselor depending on circumstances.
- Achieve sales target by mastering the use of selling techniques, clientele and product knowledge so as to ensure the sales and productivity are maximized
- Monitor and control stock inventories
- Provide necessary support to the floor and cashier
- Maintain the floor display area and merchandise
- Maintain the general security of the boutique including opening and closing of the boutique, safety of different exits, merchandises and the POS procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years at supervisory level in luxury retail industry
- Good command of Thai, Fluency in one or more foreign languages a plus, Mandarin Chinese preferred,
- Computer literacy a must.
- Good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, passionate, proactive & service oriented
