Bangkok Bank IT Division is looking for several Blockchain Developer roles. The role is primarily responsible for joining the Blockchain implementation project with R3, other blockchain technology partners. As a developer, you will expand your programming expertise into the new disruptive technologies for the next generation financial industry. 

You will have an ample opportunity to work with several project stakeholders not only internal but also external which expand your knowledge and networking. The projects will be focusing on how to leverage the disruptive technology like DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) to enable and streamline business across the supply chain which banking is a part of this value chain. 

Apart from DLT/Blockchain technology, you will be able to get involve in the application that utilize AI - Machine Learning, Mobile and IoT to make it possible the next generation banking application in the digital economy.

Role will report directly to the Vice President of Technology Division and will be play a direct role on creating the Proof of Concept and disseminate the idea and framework to more developers inside our organization and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, research and evaluate Blockchain technologies
• Participate in Blockchain/DLT projects with R3 consortium and other Blockchain community
• Educate and contribute technology expertise to internal organization with the purpose of innovation dissemination
• Formulate Technology Strategy and Architecture
• Develop reference architectures and technology implementations.
• Work together with internal and external team, clients and consortium to develop a pilot blockchain/DLT project and transition it to the full production. 

Qualifications:

• Full stack developer with experience of Blockchain, web, Cross-platform mobile development, API and Security.
• HTML5, CSS, Java Script with experience in AngularJS or React framework
• Strong Software Engineering skills including Requirement Elicitation, Design Architecture, Technical Design, Coding and Automated Testing
• Experience in Agile Development with strong discipline and interdisciplinary mindset. 
• Experience in DevOps for Financial Services would be a plus.
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, networking and good communication
• Enthusiasm for working in a space full of unknown unknowns, pivoting as needed, and being comfortable with not knowing the end state.
• Passion for entering Business and Technology Alignment
