Vero, an award-winning ASEAN-focused PR and digital agency, is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Biddable Media Manager with a growth-mind set to join our team in Thailand.  The candidate should be able to build and grow a high achieving team of performance professionals who are adept at creating, managing and executing campaigns for large enterprises in Thailand, regional enterprises in Southeast Asia and multi-national clients.

Job Description Role/ Purpose

• Bring a growth mind-set to building and leading a team of performance marketing professionals with skills suited to supporting campaigns for large enterprises and multinational companies in Thailand.
• Foster growth of performance marketing capabilities in our Bangkok office, and help spring board performance capabilities across the region.
• Be a thought leader on marketing technology for internal and external stakeholders.  Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.
• Proactively find ways to provide innovative solutions for our clients through new marketing technologies. 
• Holding expertise on marketing automation is a bonus capability as we see this as being future-fit for the content industry.
• Recruit, train and retain a team of industry leading performance marketing professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Having an experience at least 4 years in Biddable/ Optimization or related position at a leading advertising or communications agency.
• Have an excellent understanding of how enterprise level, regional and international companies structure their marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Outstanding ability to present winning campaign strategies to clients.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, future-focused and continuously learning
