Job description 

• Design Batteries - Calculate battery capacity, Design battery structure, drawing to deploy existing technical skills of GYIN
  
• R&D work on Batteries - Research battery of own and other company's product and develop for next production
  
• Technical Support to Group companies in domestic and overseas - Apply implement plan and monitor production from material to product meet design, and take countermeasure and advice to clients if needed
  
• Check and analyze degradation factors to improve manufacturing methods and prevent a reoccur when having problem on quality
  
• Read existing drawing and create or revise drawing based on battery design
  
• To plan, direct and supervise his supporting group in order that they can carry out their project and duties efficiently
  
• Report directly to Department Head
  
• Manage other tasks as assigned

General qualification

• Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 40 - 45
  
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  
• 15+ years' experience in product design or product development in automobile part or chemical product such as PCB, Plastic, resin, electronic circuit, battery etc.
  
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
  
• Ability to motivate and work in a team environment
  
• Experience with any of following tools: 2D-MICRO CADAM, 3D-CATIA
  
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including reporting and documentation skills
  
• Numeracy skills, logical thinking skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills
  
• Working experience in Japanese manufacturing company
  
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and Japanese skill would be an advantage
  
• Able to travel overseas for work or training (Short and long period)
  
• Able to work on holiday if company request
