Accountabilities:

• Provide technical advice and professional support related to Rich’s products for our customers in all channels including hotels, restaurants, artisan bakeries, industrial manufacturer, and food service.
• Demonstrate the usage and application of our products, both in a face-to-face workshop and in a digital platform.
• Create new recipe and ideas to generate the demand for uses of our product in the recipes.
• Support marketing activities and campaign such as testing new product and creating new recipes for marketing campaign and video/photo shooting. 
• Investigate customers’ issue related to product.
• Prepare monthly report and support Technical manager on own department administrative tasks.

Experience and educations:

• Bachelor's degree in related field e.g. Pastry & Bakery, Culinary, Food Sciences, Hotel Management, etc.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Bakery shop, Chain Bakery, Bakery School, Hotel or other Bakery section with a certain knowledge about bakery shop operation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and capable of new product development.
• Experience in teaching or public speaking would be a plus.
• Result oriented, collaborative, open-minded, positive, resilient.
• Work well independently as well as in team.
• Ability to travel upcountry.
