Job Description

Job Descriptions

  • Participates together with Sr. Development Engineer, to the conceptualize, analyse, implementation and documentation of new lines and equipment’s.
  • New automation equipment buy-off’s especially related to programming, plc’s AOI’s and Pokeyoke systems.
  • Qualification reports and DOE’s to prove and correlate line results with Quality Control based on product drawing dimensions or electrical requirements.
  • Managing manufacturing performance and supporting operation improvement activities.
  • PLC programming, DOE (Design of Experiments) experience, Electrical circuit experience, Electrical inductor, chokes and filter experience a big plus.
  • Qualify and trouble shoot processes and tooling and programming for Automated assembly production lines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 year-experience in Automated lines processing, design or manufacturing.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Able to implement designs using international and local equipment suppliers.
  • Ability to hands on adjust automated tooling and programming.
  • Able to work independently to accomplish set goals.
  • Automotive background is a plus.
