Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Automation and Reliability Manager. This role will be part of a world-class team of Manufacturing Sciences and Technology that is responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solutions in the factory , supporting SEA sites (Thailand and Malaysia) to achieve their ambitious manufacturing goals and become Lighthouse factory. The responsibilities include assets life cycle management in order to obtain optimum efficiency from the equipment and overall facilities
Responsibilities
- Execute reliability projects, providing hands on support to engineers and contractors.
- Lead failures analysis, maintenance initiatives and Define optimum Maintenance regimes.
- Provide engineering guidance and expertise for equipment/processing system modifications and/or equipment replacement to improve overall mechanical reliability.
- Manage the staff's activity relating to troubleshooting, repairs and facility improvements.
- Lead technical capability building program.
- Being a Point of Contact role with global and regional automation team deploying MFF solutions, working closely with IT to set up future IT/OT convergence infrastructure and supporting in-flight digital use cases in WH, Safety, Quality, Production and people capability.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, Computer science, or any other related field.
- 7+ years of related experience in dealing with: Capital projects, maintenance and automation
- Excellent understanding of industrial controls, wiring diagrams, and P&ID.
- Good in the Instrumentation and automation integration processing unit.
- Having experiences in Smart factory/Industry 4.0 is preferable.
