Job Description
KPMG’s Financial Services Business Transformation team has experience of a wide range of industry sectors and uses this knowledge to deliver finance focused business transformation and operations improvement services.We offer practical guidance on improving operations; driving value and helping optimize capital and cost structures; developing and applying business strategies to improve financial and operational performance as well as dealing with business change management and the people issues which arise from it.
We are looking for juniors to join the team to focus on the following:
Responsibilities:
- Work as an integral part of KPMG FS Consulting to execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and regulatory changes; finance related implementation and organizational strategy within the Financial Services sector.
- Lead or assist with delegated working team on a project basis for requirement gathering, data collection, gap analysis, design throughout impacted areas of implementation for insurance clients
- Perform advisory services in support of insurance accounting change program eg. IFRS 9/17 implementation etc
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
- Work with senior management to develop and present KPMG Advisory offerings to the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relate field (Accounting, BBA, Economics etc)
- Interest in financial sector, primarily in the insurance sector, or business consulting firms with special focus on insurance sector
- Willingness to develop knowledge and experience in system selection and implementation of FS solutions as Business and consultant
- Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and good English
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
