Roles and Responsibilities
Leading and driving the productivity and efficiency of Insurance Service operations. Directing, managing International Insurance, internal reporting for hospital and subsidiaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree : Business Administration or related field
- Minimum three years of progressively more responsible experience in an healthcare environment
- At least 5 years in management position or managerial level. Experienced in healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Prefer experience from front line operation in dealing directly with customer satisfaction
- Insurance Knowledge if possible
Overall Position Purpose: This position is responsible for providing telecommunications service of Telephone/ Fax of international & domestic calls for both of internal & external customers
