Position:                                  Assistant Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Core Task:

•          Supporting in maintaining existing warehouse, logistic and aftersales supervision activities
•          Improving existing and developing new processes and activities in warehouse, logistics and aftersales in accordance with the company’s goals and as per requirements given customers and market.
•          Support new business implementations and project rollouts from warehouse and logistics perspective

Responsibility:

•          Assist in the provision of daily operations in the house, logistics, and aftersales services
•          Continuously support on optimization of warehouse and distribution processes
•          Identify new outbound logistics concepts (Bangkok/ Thailand) to meet and exceed customers’ delivery expectations and optimize logistic costs involved
•          Organize and optimize automotive equipment transportation and installation activities and arrange aftersales maintenance services
•          Take care of aftersales and technical repair service team (machines, hand tools, power tools) and improve the professionalism of services provided
•          Support in continuous improvement of complaint management and quality control handling
•          Develop business together with the Sales team by providing individual onsite logistic solutions for Industry customers
•          Prepare workflow documentations
•          Support in setup and handling of dangerous goods warehouse
•          Handle ad-hoc tasks as well as projects as assigned by Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Competencies/Authorizations:

•          Is replacing the Warehouse/Logistic Manager during his absence
•          Can give instructions and assign tasks to team members
•          Planning and releasing work shifts and rooster plans
•          Communicates with suppliers and customers on the basis of existing contracts and regulations
•          Can set priorities on deliveries
•          Implement and train working procedures in accordance with Warehouse/Logistic Manager 
•          Has supervisor rights in the corresponding SAP modules
•          Is holding key access to the warehouse
•          Leading shifts when and where necessary.
•          Can sign goods returned notes and packaging documents

Job Holder Requirements:

Education:                             Bachelor or Master in Logistics

Experience:                           at least 3 years of working experience in Warehouse and Logistics,

                                            SAP experience as well as experience with Dangerous Goods

                                            Warehousing preferred

Operational Area:                   Thailand

Languages:                            Thai (mother language), Excellent/fluent English skills

Personality Skill:                     Diligent, patient, social skills, problem solving and organizational skills

                                             Comprehensive knowledge of logistical procedures and processes
