Responsibilities

• Focus on planning and directing sales activities ensuring attainment of company's sales target.
• Responsible for maximizing sales revenue in product for Home Textile, Health Care or in related industry (Non Woven Fabric).
• Meet with existing and potential clients and external parties to establish long-lasting relationship.
• Establish sales goals and manage incentive programs to drive sales team.
• Perform revenue and sales budgeting forecasts for the management team.
• Conduct market and customer analysis, and devise strategies for generating new business opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
• Implementing business strategy as target set.
• Responsible for overall coordination, personnel management, functional management, and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female aged at least 40 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Must have a solid knowledge of sales and marketing management at least 10 years experience in Home Textile, Health Care industry or in related industry (Non-Woven) with at least 5 years in managerial level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good planning and organizing and have people management skill.
• Good business sense and able to work well under pressure.

เวลาทำงานปกติ : วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.

วันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์ : วันเสาร์ - วันอาทิตย์
