Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities

People registration and reception project;

Assist Engineering manager for daily administrative job.

  • Assist Plant Engineering manager, production manager and engineering team for daily administrative
  • Assist and cooperate with other departments to organize events and projects
  • Working with the Plant Engineer & Production department to coordinate the scheduling
  • Providing Daily and Special Build Event Requirements
  • Communicating the Production deficiencies and unplanned maintenance to Production Control department
  • Co-ordinating with IT/IE/Production for implementation/maintenance/usage of Manufacturing related IT system
  • Co-ordinating with ‘Plant operations & Production’ to make sure that the internal customer requirements are met
  • Coordinate with team and related people for gathering needed information, including distribution necessary details
  • Assist Plant Engineering manager, production manager and engineering team to translate documents from English to Thai and Thai to English
  • Drafting and prepare formal letter
  • Record minutes of meeting for CBT3 daily meeting
  • Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
  • Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
  • Keeping workplace clean and organized in a daily basis

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English or related field 
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position or respective experiences for multination company
  • Experience with visa and work permit processes
  • Strong team and managerial skill
  • Strong MS Office Skills  (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Advance english communication level
