Job description:

• Process discussion with clients and map out the job flow and requirement according to our existing product
• Analyzing and translating user requirements into IT requirement specification for development team.
• Works closely with software developers, software tester and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction.
• Manage the project status and drive the deliverable
• Build up a customer/client relationship 

Requirements:

• Background in IT or project management with 5 years experience.
• Good command in English in both written and spoken, can speak Chinese will be advantage.
• Experience in workflow approval / job floor / eCommerce platform product preferred.
• Experience in process mapping and value stream mapping is required 
• Experience in IT development with Java Programming preferred
