Our respected client is seeking a professional with 5-7 years’ Chemical Quality Assurance experience for the job of Assistant Quality Manager. The job is based in Ladkrabang area, Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Summary
The Assistant Quality Manager will oversee all plant quality assurance to ensure efficiency is maintained. Will conduct meeting with shop floor personnel to ensure work is properly delegated and timeline are met. Will support and strive towards quality in all facets of the production line
Job Responsibilities
- Provides Technical expertise and support to the production operation in maintaining glove quality and ensuring conformance to quality and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Management and monitoring of the processes to ensure a stable and controlled process.
- Analyzes defects to determine root cause and required corrective actions
- Analyze the quality data to support the CAPA
- Develop and improve work methods and standards.
- Participate in internal audit and inter-plants audit as requested and also give the suggestion to team for the improvement to meet the quality and regulatory requirements
- Develop and improve processes to achieve high quality product at lower cost.
- Support and work with process and operation team for risk assessment/FMEA for any changing in the process or new project.
- Write and execute evaluation protocol (OQ & PQ) and other necessary documents
- Provide the necessary support or perform for the new product, process and software validation and qualifications
- Leader for saving, quality improvement & process improvement project
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct assigned project as specified in performance review.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations as well as all internal and external quality, safety, health and environmental policy, rules and regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned by Sr. QA Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sciences, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control and quality assurance/validation/process improvement
- Leadership, systematic thinking, analytical, problem solving and decision making, accuracy, interpersonal, etc.
- Thai nationality
- Familiar with quality engineering and change controlling, ISO requirements(ISO 13485, 9001)
- Leadership, coaching and independent working skill, problem solving and decision making, analytical, interpersonal skill, service mind etc.
- Good command of English, Minitab and Computer skill
