Job Description

• To ensure issuing Purchase order on time once received PR.
• To follow up and get confirm of delivery schedule from supplier for both local and oversea.
• To monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• To coordinate and follow up CAR or replacement lot with Supplier in term of reject.
• To negotiate with supplier for cost reduction to achieve company target
• To assist in reviewing customer orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as model, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to meet customer requirement.
• Being a site contact person communicates with customer all the items related with production planning, inventory and delivering.
• To assist in negotiation and manage contracts with suppliers.
• To assist in planning the best way to get goods from suppliers on time.
• To develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observes subordinate staff to ensure compliance with standards
• To update forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
•  To assist in collaboration with other departments, such as engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
•  To develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
•  Analyze inventories to determine how to improve in term of accuracy and to optimize stock level.
• Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
• Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning.
• Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Thai National,  Male or Female
• Age over 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in any relate field
• At least 3 years working experience in Purchasing or Sourcing
• At least 8 years working experience in Supply chain
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good relationships and Good in working independently as well as working on a team.
• Organizational and leadership abilities and Strong problem solving ability.
• Strong planning, negotiation, analytical, computer skills if Know SAP will be preferable
