Assistant Manager / Marketing Manager/( E-Commerce, CRM, Retail, FMCG, Modern trade, Mobile Phone )

Plan, manage and control all marketing operations of the organization to achieve the Marketing Strategic Plan and within approved budget with the ultimate goal to drive the company’s profit.

Duties of the Marketing Manager include:

• • Developing the Marketing Strategy for the company to be in line with company objectives.
  • Study and understand target insight and translate to necessary actions to drive sales
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Developing creation and publication of all marketing materials to be in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns with closely working with Product Management Department.
  • Leading and managing generation of campaigns and result measurement for their roll-outs.
  • Taking overall responsibilities for brand management and corporate identity.        
  • Ensuring quality of preparation for online and print marketing campaigns; creating digital media campaigns on social medias.
  • Managing the development of E-Commerce Website and set up all relating internal process.
  • Managing and analyzing Customer Database and create all CRM activities and campaigns.              
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. 
  Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns.

Requirements of the role:

• Age 28 - 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Marketing function
• Experienced in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Retail, FMCG, Modern trade,  Mobile Phone are preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong creative outlook
