Responsible for manages and controls the month-end account closing process for the Company.
Manage for GL/AP /AR/Account reconciliation/ Balance Sheet, Bank reconcile , Petty cash, Cash flow,Proceed Payment, Cashier, Invoicing.
Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and complete including cash reconciliations.
Performing and reconciling monthly, quarterly and yearly account closing accurately and timely.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports / statements.
Reviewing taxation including VAT and withholding tax before submitting to the Revenue Department.
Check and analyses financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements. These reports may include profit and loss statements,
balance sheets, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.
Considerable interaction with external auditor in support of quarterly and year-end procedures and financial statements review and audit.
Support Finance Manager for other assignments
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in Accounting or Finance.
Hold CPD License.
SAP or Experience is preferable
10 years work experience in Accounting, preferable in MNC.
Ability to do multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Knowledge of business process, financial and planning.
Computer Proficiency, excellent in MS office esp Excel and experience with ERP
