- Building an environment for the graphic designer team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects
- Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the department
- Developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theatre, television, or film set
- Supervise graphic designer staff
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
- Talk to other departments staff to develop an artistic approach and style as brief
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Presenting your work to the head of mar com team and/or the ones who provided you the briefs for approval * Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented
- Liaising with the clients (the ones who provided you the briefs) to keep them informed and to highlight any issues
- Understanding the commercial aspects of the corporate or marketing department
- Managing the graphic designer team for creating the great work outcome
Qualifications
- Able to manage departments for organizational growth.
- At least five (5) years experience in e-commerce and at least five (5) years of graphic design experience.
- Able to make decisions quickly and efficiently if necessary.
- Have high analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Able to speak English and Thai both spoken and written.
