Position Summary:

To do AP & AR Accountant, payment and VAT preparation.

Core responsibilities:

• Prepare daily customer sales invoice and sales invoice tracking report to ensure all shipment are accepted by customer.
• Maintain customer master file for billing date, collection date, contact person, confirmation etc.
• Contact with customer for daily sales invoice, collection and follow up any shortage /excess cash receive from customer.
• Coordinate with Field Quality department for any discrepancy for customer payment.
• Weekly A/R aging report.
• Check & review Customer master and Pricing change in BPCS system and make sure up to date
• Accrued AR ship not bill and any AR adjustment in Electronics Product Discrepancy-EPD reserve at month end closing
• Confirm intercompany balances
• Output VAT report for monthly submission and reconciliation to sales monthly.
• AR balance and collection report for weekly report and Forecast
• Fixed Asset and Capital Spending

Qualifications:

• Female gender
• Age 25 – 30 Years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account receivable credit control , and collection ,sales VAT reporting ,as well as BOI/Non -BOI related .
• Details oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work hard under pressure.
• Good communications , interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of English both reading and listening.
• Good computer skill (Ms. Excel / Word).
• Familiar & working in multinational is advantage
