Key responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the airport operations team to handle all airfreight shipments
• Coordinate with strategic partners in terms of Airfreight Services: Terminals, Airport Authority, Shipping, Trucking companies, Warehouse, Packaging service provider, Customs broker, Customs officer & etc.
• Maintain good relationship with all parties both external or internal in order to ensure effective and smooth operation while maximizing gross profit
• Oversees compliance with applicable local and international Government Agencies’ (such as IATA, etc.) requirements, laws and regulations as well as company standards and core values
• Managing and organizing equipment & supplies that related to handling air cargo, ensuring they are well maintained and keeping sufficient inventory
• Flexible to work outside office hours or weekend and cover operations at other airport location apart from BKK, such as DMK and HKT as and when necessary and require
• Responsible for airport cash advance & managing staff OT
• Provide necessary training to staffs to be able to manage their daily work effectively and keep track with mandatory external training and renewal such as IATA DGR Certificate for AIR team
• Coordinate with Admin team and airport authority for office rental contract
• Keep track of document and reports for future audit purposes
We are looking for
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree
• More than 10 years of experience the airfreight field with proven ability to establish or enhance air freight forwarding operational functions (domestic, import, export, transit, cross-border)
