Job Responsibility
- Contact to the clients when they have airfreight export booking both prepaid basis and routing order (nominated by consignee).
- Prepare booking for airline space with co-loader and prepare all related documents for shipping staff and trucking section at the Suvarnabhumi Office.
- Prepare daily plan load and fax to Suvarnabhumi Office.
- Advise shipment movement to clients after getting results from co-loader.
- Fax Performa House Airway Bill to clients.
- Check and advise cargo onboard to clients.
- Monitors and ensures that all job files are closed and forward to Accounting and Finance Department on time.
Job Specifications
- University graduate in any fields.
- Have a good service mind.
- Able to operate under pressure.
- Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Can communicate English and Thai both spoken and written.
- Capable of handling and dealing with different level people.
- Display flexibility and can motivate people for excellent results.
- Able to work on Saturday (Half daily SAT OR 2 SAT per week)
