Job Description

Work location: JDC warehouse at Bangna-Trad road KM.23


1. Use standard language specification to make customer calls.
2. Understanding customer needs, providing customers with fast, accurate and professional consulting services to meet customer satisfaction. Resolves the problems promptly, courteously and control to be under policy conditions.
3. Co-ordinate with Head quarter related departments to solve the problems from system and customer with English, Thai and Chinese.
4. Monitor all of AFS application and follow up pending case in times.
5. In strict accordance with customer service system process standards, operation and implementation and the completion of business related indicators to achieve.
6. Analyze typical cases and summarize problems, methods and solution in time to achieve the goal of improving business skills rapidly.


1. Graduated bachelor degree in any field (new graduated is welcomed)
2. Fluent speaking in Chinese
3. Good communicated skill
