Jobs Detail:
Report and listing to keep up-to-date
Support to the service sales process
Taking care of walk-in customers for purchasing and / or servicing request
Ensure that courtesy and professional customer services are being delivered
Preparing daily Service order form, Daily report, Invoice, Deliveries etc.
Handling quotation and other necessary documents
Seeking approval from customers on additional repair, allocate service jobs, follow up and communicate with customers
Making courtesy calls to customers following maintenance or repair
Communicating and coordinating between service technician and customers for a smooth operation
Handling customer complaints
Preparing the quotations, receiving and processing sales order / order confirmations, planning of shipment as well as preparing of delivery notes,
shipping documents, & invoices/credit notes while ensuring that accuracy of information and correct pricing are adopted on all invoices.
Working with purchasing and/or stores as a team on stock availability topics, purchases, incoming shipments as well as order follow up across inter-departmental
communication.
Other projects / tasks as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
Female
25 years and above
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
Knowledge in industrial real estate is a plus
Previous experience in Customer Service 3-5 years would be highly preferable
Ensure after office –hour Emergency Service requests are attended to
Handle customer complaints pertaining to repair and service in a courteous manner
Able to work under the pressure
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and problem solving skill.
Good IT skills in MS Office (especially in MS Excel) and either have previous MS office.
Focus on details, organized, be willing to take multiple tasks if necessary and overtime work from time to time
Strong communication skills.
Good command in English (speaking, writing and reading)(A Must)
