Job Description:
• To study market and plan by following up laws and regulations of each country in order to monitor Overseas Offices concerning both business and management aspects. This is in order to specify
the operational guideline of overseas offices.
• Understand and be able to come out with the pre-post acquisition plan.
• To look after branch operations, business development activities and coordinate between overseas offices and Head Office and corresponds between these various parties in order to ensure the smoothness of operations.
• To be responsible for entire business and operation of a branch/subsidiary to ensure all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order.
• To understanding with local environment, business staff and its clients to drive business and create new opportunities for that particular country.
• Monitor business performance and develop scope of business to increase/enhance quality of output.
• Responsible to communicate and update the AEC business to SMT and others for business development, area of improvement and guideline for AEC country.
• Liaison with relating division at Head Quarter and each AEC country for developing new products to AEC country.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, MBA, Economics or any related fields.
• At least 5-10 years in experience of working experience in banking, financial services.
• Experience in Business Development or Business Analysis
• Experience in Project Management and working with cross-functional project team.
• Knowledge in retail banking business, consumer lending is a plus.
• Knowledge in M&A and understanding in AEC market is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge and experience in corporate branding and communication areas.
• Independent while be able to act a strong team player.
• Mobility and able to travel in AEC countries.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
