Position: Advisory Senior Manager/Director

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide critical deal advice to our clients and therefore we are seeking a high motivation person to play a role in manage over client’s portfolio.
  • Provide proficiency in corporate financial assignment.
  • Provide additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis.
  • Provide training and development coach, train and develop staff to upgrade their knowledge.
  • Understand bankruptcy court system.
  • Analyze credit related data for create plan to solve the company Non-performing loan problem to meet with company’s standard.
  • Undertake analysis of debt and capital structure, and debt restructuring.
  • Undertake Forensic investigation
  • Manage Buying and selling of NPLs.
  • Lead the development and presentation of final client deliverable/reports.

 Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of related experience acquired with banks, professional firms, and corporations.
  • Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business degree with professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA is preferrable.
  • Ideal candidate will be familiar with the market: who the players are, banks, those involved in NPLs (non-performing loans), debt restructuring companies.
  • Proficiency great level of English in spoken and written.
  • Independent but a team player, proactive, communicates well both in writing and speaking, quick learner.
  • If at Director level, the person needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit and is also keen in managing team.
