Job Description:
- Managing and running the day-to-day operation and general support in the office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Keeping an updated record of office expenses and costs.
- Being responsible for Internal Travel booking.
- Assisting Director’s appointment
- Monitor company Facebook page and other online channels
Requirements:
- Female with age of 23 – 30 years old.
- Must have 2 years experience in office administration or in a similar function.
- Mature mindset and high productivity.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt new skills.
