Responsibility

  • Manage customer enquiries and ensure settlement
  • Oversee the efficient communication towards customers and ensure procedures are followed
  • Escalate enquiries to relevant departments and ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner
  • Manage customer account
  • Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions

Requirement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and also able to work independently
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Have at least a year in cooperate, admin, customer service field.
