Administrative Assistant

Primary objective:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Office Manager and assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. The administrative assistant ensures smooth running of our company's offices.
Key responsibilities:
Accounting
- Handling documents for accounting at the end of each month
- Handling company corporate card expenses
- Issue Tax Receipt/Invoice for clients
- Follow up pending payment
Administration
- Oversee all administration works
- Maintaining clean and enjoyable working environment
- Assist organizing company social activities and weekly lunch
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages)
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Organize messengers for delivery and pick up
- Help welcome and take care of clients visiting the office
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Visa & Work Permit
- Prepare Non-B visa application and courier (if any)
- Handling employee visa and work permit processing under BOI
- Accompany expat staff when performing 90 day report, visa and work permit
Requirements:
- 1 or more year’s office administration experience
- Thai Nationality
- Female only
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good and functional command of spoken and written English
- A multi-tasker with ability to prioritize work
