Job Description

Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to support administrative tasks and purchasing for Healthcare Business and B-First Medical.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inventory Supply Management: Coordinate, manage and keep detailed recordsof medical & supplies inventory and office supplies of both healthcare business (BFM) and Healthcare as overall
  • Procurement: Source, select and negotiate with suppliersto effectively purchase new supplies as needed
  • Payment: Perform all payments and reimbursements according to internal accounting procedures including external party coordination, invoice validation, issue payment documents, status tracking and payment confirmation
  • Document: Manage and systematically file important company documents
  • Handle general affairs and office management including schedule meetings, booking conference rooms and others

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative and/or purchasing tasks
  • Experience in Accounting process and/or working in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Google Suite
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Negotiation Skills
  • Able to communicate in English and proficient in writing and reading skills.
