Responsibilities:
- Be a center of back office support in Digital marketing campaigns including planning and developing, monitoring and reviewing progress toward projects
- Handle Project Admin tasks and Paperwork including creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, Website Manuals, Campaign contents and maintaining documentation of all marketing campaigns
- Help prepare project proposal and time frame
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Support on Office & HR admin tasks
- Ensure consistent and accurate communication towards other internal related technical teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in General management, Secretary, Admin, IT support, Project Management, Digital marketing general management, Social Science and Language
- Minimum of 2-3 year of related work experience
- Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency to see projects completed on time and with the highest standards of quality
- Ability to independently write minutes and reports suitable for an executive audience
- Computer and technical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to work in Mirum office, Bangkok, Thailand
