• Processing, verifying, and posting invoices for goods sold or services rendered;
• Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date;
• Generating AR aging reports and statements for internal use;
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
• Prepare reports for external reporting (e.g. statutory annual financial statements);
• Support Global tax report and coordinated with regional /global tax department;
• Responsible for accurate calculation and timely payment/submission of Revenue Department i.e. PND 3, 53, 54 and 36;
• Ensure distribution of receipts and tax filing forms to all Revenue Department i.e. PND 1, 3, 51, 50, 53, 54 PP 30, 36;
• To prepare internal controls report and accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the requirement of local/global tax;
• Prepare and review month/quarter/mid-year/year-end closing;
• Support any requirement from corporate accounting;
• Other assignments from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Age 23 - 28 years old.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good or Excellent command of English.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office; Power Point, Excel, E-mail, SAP, Oracle and etc.
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously to effectively meet required deadlines.
