Qualifications:

• Male, age 25 between 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of ACCPAC system
• Knowledge of LCCI Intermediate (Accounting) or equivalent
• Fully fluent in English, (Both written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Basic Computer Skills in MS office
• Knowledge of LCCI Intermediate (Accounting) or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Checking Invoices & Tally With Purchase Order
• Preparing Payment Voucher, Cheques & TT
• Coding & Verified Of Coding & Input Into ACCPAC
• Input manual cheque payment into ACCPAC
• Stamp "Paid" and Date Stamp On the Invoices.
• All Payments – manual and computer cheques
• Petty Cash
• Quotation For Printing Vouchers, Purchase Orders, Etc.
• Prepare Brink's Entrance Permit & Newspapers.
• Sovereign Sport Ltd – full set, inclusive of Haw Par Format and Consol pack
• Monthly audit check on stock & purchase of fish food procedure
• Checking creditor payment status, if required.
• Update GSK-UWS / DL
• Backup ACCPAC daily – UWS/UWT/Sovereign/HPSC
• Distribute unprocessed invoices (Given By Senior Secretary) to respective department.
