Job Description

Responsibility
Fixed Asset 

  • Managing fixed asset record including transaction of addition, disposal and transfer in accounting system according to company policies.
  • Prepare monthly closing process for all function of fixed asset.
  • Responsible for fixed asset physical count twice a year and summarize fixed asset report.
  • Controlling of investment budget.

Other

  • Provide ad hoc spending roll up when needed

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree of Accounting
  • 5-8 years of working experience for accounting of manufacturing industry
  • Good ability to communication in English both verbally and written
  • Experience to work with Japan company is advantage
  • Experience in ERP system especially SAP is advantage
