Responsibilities:

• Control and responsible for the checking of the accounts receivable, accounting payable and overall general ledger in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (TAS)
• To prepare and ensuring that all accounting processes in a financial system are recorded accurately within the required deadlines
• To assist the company by providing all supporting documents for actual/budget planning or any requirements
• Prepare monthly taxes i.e. withholding taxes, and VAT to be submit to revenue office
• Closing monthly and year-end accounts
• Perform other related duties as required by Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of experiences in Account Payable and General Ledger Function
• Computer literacy, knowledge of accounting Program
• Experiences in Oracle System is preferable
• Good knowledge of account standard and taxation
• Work under pressure and tight deadline
• Very accurate & trustworthy person with good communication
• Work well with different group of peoples, organize, and detail oriented
