Job Description
หน้าที่่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำเอกสารบัญชีต่างๆ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชีเพื่อปิดงบการเงิน
- จัดทำภาษีและนำส่ง ภ.ง.ด.1/3/53
- ประกันสังคม แจ้งพนักงานเข้า-ออก และนำส่งเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม
- ดูแลประกันกลุ่มพนักงาน ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี
- สรรหาบุคลากรตามคุณสมบัติที่องค์กรต้องการ
- จัดเตรียมการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
- ตรวจและสรุปใบลงเวลารวมถึงการลาต่างๆ และจัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงานคิดค่าล่วงเวลา ขาด-ลา มาสาย ของพนักงาน
- รับผิดชอบงานประกันสังคมและกองทุนทดแทน
- ดูแลสวัสดิการของพนักงานไปเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบบริษัท
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลและกฎหมายแรงงาน
- ประสานงานเอกสารต่างด้าวทั้งระบบ/แจ้งเข้า/แจ้งออก/ที่พักอาศัย/ต่ออายุบัตรต่างๆ/รายงานตัว 90 วัน
- สามารถใช้งาน โปรแกรมพจมาน / โปรแกรมแมงโก้ / K-Cash Connect Plus / Corporate iCash / scb business net **
