• Review invoices received from vendors to ensure that payment of invoice are properly validated and fit for payment by way of invoicing in AX for PO generated by AX or prepare voucher and posting to individual account payable for expense with no requirement of PO such as telephone bills.
  
• Validate and enter expense into AX by issuing PO, receipt and invoicing in AX for general expenses such as Utility Expenses, Warehouse rental, Out of Pocket Claim, Power Light-Water, Mobile phone, Fixed Line & International Call,Coupon-Van Service, Forklift and Vacuum car, Shipping related expense, Shell Fleet card and Other Expenses including expenses from regional office
  
• Validate tax invoice and prepare input VAT report for monthly filing.
  
• Having the inventory item code linked with proper GL posting ready to use.
  
•  Maintain vendor contact registration and being the contact custodian
  
• Validate and disburse petty cash and make reimbursement.
  
•  Monitor and accrueall expenses that occurred but not yet receiving invoice.
  
• Reconcile timber usages and recapitalize BER pallet rebuilt
• Count stock timbers.
  
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation – VAT account, and prepayment expense
  
• Validate capital expenditure, categorize and create fixed asset ID.
  
• Set fixed asset profile and run depreciation
• Liaise with CS dept and monitor pallet disposal in compliance with FIFO basis, and with Operation to make sure fixed asset acquisition protocol is followed
• Reconcile fixed asset register to GL
• Make sure VAT regulation is strictly complied
• Minimize non-claimable input VAT
• Screen out improper tax invoices that cannot be claimed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ year financial accounting experience.
• Committed, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum BA Accounting.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Team player, able to work closely with staff from other functions.
• Able to commute to work independently
• Good command of English.
