Job Description

Business:                             Distribute
Title:                                   Accounting
Location:                              5 minutes on foot from BTS Ploenchit
Salary:                                 (Junior) 18,000 - 28,000 THB/month, (Senior) Up to 35,000 THB/month

Responsibilities

<Junior Level>

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Handle and input data of AP (Account Payable) and AR (Account Receivable)
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Prepare the financial documents for submitting to accounting firm
  • Manage and keep the accounting book
  • Prepare the information for line manager to issue Monthly Finance Report for MD
  • Contributes to line manager or team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

<Senior Level>

  • Manage the whole Finance records and process with accounting firm and audit firm staff
  • Handle the financial statement and information for Monthly Finance Report for MD
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information such as preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Cooperate with other Accounting staff

Qualification

*Junior Level*

  • Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance or any related
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Accounting position
  • Industry background: Not specified
  • Experience in general accounting such as AP/AR, managing General Ledger (GL), bookkeeping
  • Able to use MS (Excel, word)
  • English: Basic level *Equivalent to TOEIC 400 or above

*Senior Level*

  • Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance or any related
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting position
  • Have experience in issue/report Financial statement, monthly financial report
  • Industry background: Not specified
  • Experience in general accounting such as AP/AR, managing General Ledger (GL), bookkeeping
  • Able to use MS (Excel, word)
