To continue our expansion here in Thailand, we are seeking a candidate to join our team as Accounting Assistant to help our company take the next steps for our development in the Eastern Seaboard, Pluak Daeng.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for processing and reconciling a wide variety of accounting document such as invoices, department billings, employee reimbursement, cash receipts, vendor statement, and journal vouchers, review and code financial information, prepare and process document of disburse fund, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information accuracy and maintain records. Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting terminology and using spreadsheet and /or automated accounting system.

Account Receivable

• Invoice preparation, invoice close out, recurring billing and service calls
• Entry (Input and posting in the NF System)
• Generate open new customers
• Prepare credit memo, apply cash receipts
• Collection follow up and booking – bank statement
• Report invoice mistake and CN issues
• Respond overdue status to Head Quarter
• Output VAT (Sale Vat) Report

 Account Payable

• Purchase (input and posting in  NF system)
• Payment preparation (transport suppliers)
• Payment advice and issuing cheque in case, cannot transfer money, Government case
• Urgent payment advance cash

Yearly activities

• Responsible to provide help assisting with internal audit team during the auditing process including responsible to facilitate in giving help assisting the team auditor on such the reference document requirements.
• Help assisting superior on annual budget preparation 

Others

• Communicate potential problems / trends to manager
• Special projects assigned
• Cash flow update income
• Company car booking management 

 What we are looking for in a successful candidate

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 -3 year experience
• Possess the knowledge in MS word, Excel, and other accounting software
• Possess an administrative support experience, including an experience in invoicing posting financial date to ledgers, preparing invoices, billing and vouchers, reviewing and coding and financial information.
