Handle and prepare for full set of accounts (eg. AP, AR, petty cash, cash flow, taxation, bank reconciliation, financial statements, reporting, budgeting etc).

Prepare and analyze P&L report, company budget, financial statements, month end closing, statutory returns etc.

Contact with tax auditor and revenue department for tax issue and yearly audit.

Prepare and issue sale invoices, order confirmation and follow up payments from customers.

Handle logistics job by arrange shipment, prepare CO, import/ export/ custom clearance documents.

Contact with government department for company and employee related issues.

Prepare monthly payroll and statutory submission.

Assist in company administrative duties (eg. building & facilities maintenance, office security, purchase office supplies, office cleaning service etc).
