YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Prepares company’s account receivable and reconcile accounts receivable, Banks and Customers [Many customer in Automotive groups]
•  Issued and cross checking invoices and billing with customer on time.
• Tracking invoice overdue with customers.
• Maintains accounting historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation
• Communicate and educate the organization regarding the account data.
• Perform monthly closing report and coordinate physical inventory counts and investigate variances and resolve issues
• Support account annual audit and as assigned by superiors

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s degree major directly Accounting/Finance only
• Have experience 3 years up in accounting system background
• Understanding directly in account receivable
• Basic knowledge in ERP [IFS, MFG-PRO, SAP, etc.]
• Good analytical skill and knowledge of AR, AP, PND. financial and Tax knowledge
• Accounting and finance skill, Data entry skill, General math skill and report
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, self-starter and good team player
• Good in English language skill and can be work well under pressure job
• Available to work at Eastern Seaboard Plant-Pluakdeang, Rayong
